Do you provide translation services?
All forum and parallel session presentations are provided in English.
Will the presentations be available after the completion of the event?
Following the conference, presentations will be available to delegates on a dedicated website. Relevant link and password information will be shared by mail to registered delegates during the week after the event.
What is the dress code?
Conference sessions: smart business.
Wednesday evening: smart casual.
Thursday dinner: smart suit or evening/cocktail dress for ladies.
What if I have special dietary food requirement?
Please, indicate any special dietary needs you may have in the registration form.
What social activities are included?
The following social activities are included in the conference with compliments from Experian:
- Welcome aperitif the evening of Wednesday 24 November.
- Lunch and refreshments during the conference & parallel sessions (24 & 25 November).
- Social dinner on 24 November
Who pays travel and accommodation expenses for me and my partner?
Flights and accommodation costs are at the attendees’ expense. Your partner can participate in the 24 November social dinner with no extra charge and also attend the 2-day guided tours organized parallel to the event.
Do you provide transport services to the delegates?
